Two Families, One Vision

We’re two families bound by a shared love for good food and honest work. On our ranch, we
take pride in every calf we raise, starting with our Wagyu herd, which comes from the renowned
NAKAZAKURA Japanese bloodline. In the summer, our cattle roam free across the Montana
wilderness; in winter, they enjoy a non-GMO, nutrient-rich diet of grass, barley, corn, and alfalfa.
It’s this careful balance that gives our Wagyu its unbeatable flavor and tenderness.
