• We ship perishable beef products exclusively to the lower 48 states. For non-perishable items like jerky or snack sticks shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, kindly reach out to us directly to arrange your order.
• Orders are dispatched from EC-Farms  on Mondays and Tuesdays, guaranteeing delivery by Friday. Certain areas may qualify for Wednesday shipment based on geographical proximity.
• Your beef will be meticulously packed and arrive frozen in specially designed insulated coolers with dry ice. These coolers, along with the dry ice, are specifically tailored to maintain optimal temperature conditions, ensuring your meat stays frozen for up to 4 days during transit.
• Each package is meticulously packed with an appropriate amount of dry ice, meticulously calculated based on your location and estimated transit time. While we strive to preserve the frozen state of your beef, factors such as geographic location, weather conditions, and shipping delays may lead to partial thawing.
• All orders are packed to sustain a frozen state (of both meat & dry ice) up to the UPS Guaranteed Delivery Date. Your beef may arrive frozen or partially thawed but should be cool to the touch (40 degrees F or less). Our goal is to keep your order frozen, but geographical location, weather conditions, and shipping delays can cause the product to become partially thawed but should remain below 40 degrees F.
• Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect it for any damage. While all cuts are vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness, it's essential to note that vacuum-seal packaging may loosen during the rustling and bustling of shipping, unfortunately we do not have any control over a shipping company employee throwing boxes around. If necessary for long-term storage, it's the customer's responsibility to reseal or freezer wrap the meat promptly or thaw and enjoy right away.
• We offer UPS 3-Day Select shipping as our standard option, with UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air available upon request. Dry goods may be shipped via USPS for your convenience.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product resulting from customer errors in delivery address, UPS shipping delays, or neglect of the shipment after delivery. Ensure accurate delivery address information and recipient availability to receive the package on the UPS Guaranteed Delivery Date.
• For proper handling, we recommend thawing your meat in the refrigerator or using the cold water thawing method. Avoid thawing meat at room temperature, and always cook beef to the recommended internal temperatures.
• Tracking information will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress and ensure prompt refrigeration or freezing upon delivery.
